All hair orders require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email or text once the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
